Minimar Shipping Company (“Minimar”, “we”, “us”) is an independent marine insurance broker based in Greece.  We are committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our website and people who contact us.  This short policy summarises how we handle personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws.  The GDPR requires privacy notices to be concise, transparent, and written in clear language .

  • Usage data such as IP addresses and browsing patterns via cookies to improve our website and analyse usage.  We never use this data to identify you personally.

 

Our legal bases for processing include performing a contract with you, complying with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in running our business.  We do not collect children’s data or sensitive personal data.
